A great way to enjoy the totally tropical flavours of Rio

Rio Tropical Jelly

Ingredients

6 sheets leaf gelatine

2 cans of Rio Tropical (or Tropical Light)

(Optional: for grown ups in the mood for a party!) 100ml vodka

 

Method

Heat the Rio gently in a heavy based saucepan with the leaf gelatine until completely dissolved. Pour into jelly mould (the wackier the better!), leave in fridge until set. Turn out onto plate, garnish with beautiful tropical fruit, or dig in immediately!

Top tip: to make jelly easier to remove from mould leave in freezer for 30 minutes before turning out
