Rum Rio Cocktail

Ingredients

50ml Red Leg Rum
Rio Tropical (or Tropical Light)
Fruit for garnish

Method

Fill a jam jar or tall glass with ice. Pour the rum over the ice then top up with Rio Tropical. Garnish with your choice of fruit
